Eligible Products for Return

You may request a return if the following conditions are met:

• The product is unopened
• The product is in its original packaging
• The return request is submitted within 7 days of receiving the order

Non‑Returnable Products

Products cannot be returned in the following cases:

• If the product has been opened
• If the product has been used
• If the product was damaged after delivery
• Discounted items or products purchased under special offers (if applicable)

Exchanges

If you receive a product that:

• is damaged
• or does not match your order

please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. The product will be replaced at no additional cost. 48 hours from the date of receipt, and it will be replaced at no additional cost.

Return Process

2. Provide the order number and a photo of the product (if needed)
3. We will arrange product pickup through the shipping company
4. After receiving and inspecting the product, the refund will be issued within 7–14 business days.

Return Costs

• If the issue is from the company → the return is free of charge
• If the return is due to customer preference → shipping fees may be deducted
